Bigness is bad … bad … bad … Facebook look out … The laws of Ponzyopoly

Filed under: Burke's Laws, More Better, Un finished business — WyEtte @ 10:41 am

As Taft, Chief Justice  of the United states said::  ”Bigness is Bad”.  Our politicians have let it happen to themselves over the years.  Spending billions is impossible to track.  The paper work is just not there.  What to do.

Decrease the size of government.  The result:  less laws, less in taxes, more privacy and accountability.  Today there are so many rules and regulations and over riding administrations of such laws that the judiciary and the legislative branches of our government have little to do.  WHAT..  Yep, there are so busy being elected that they don’t follow up and their own agendas.  But a new problem arises.  Every vote is  contested and so people give money to either side to change votes. The additional pages of each bill guarantee it. This is why we need shorter and more concise bills.

Peter Drucker and Eric Hofer said in so many words that a ny society that guarantees the future of its young will not survive. In money we have not reached that point as yet. However, we are there in money perhaps sooner than later. When the banks fail this time…what will we do. This will be the problem fort he community organizers. This time they will have no access to capital except to replace Solyndra in the pecking order. When all else fails finance it through the government. Does anyone remember it was a 27 year old Panamanian who was the only engineer who voted for the Panama Canal when the finance committee met before the canal was built. Only business men know when concept is feasible. But big government always seems to understands that some projects should be done before they are ready. Byron, I’d like to see the paper work giving the grant to Soltyndra. I’ll bet its a best seller. The pedigree of thgose submitting the project to the president should be exposed too.

The country is looking for “Muck Rackers” but I feel the country is not ready as there is little research done for such landscaping projects so that specific denial by the involved is left out. With twitter and face book and u tube why are we not getting better facts. I feel this is the necessary ending to what we must demand in this next election. Conserve it, save it … don’t rush it. Debate it … now try to get anything done … That’s why the founding fathers set it up this way. Bigness in Bills, Expenses, Rules and regulations is bad. The cost of regulation must take into account the time lost by the us as we go about our daily woes. And anyone complaining must take responsibility for the solution. They can’t just walk away as OBama did..

Now he’s our hood ornament … vacations, fund raisers and dedications. Next term he’ll sit back and let lightweights, friends, and other on the make for higher office get involved and then quit too. We’ll be left with too many projects, too many potential solutions with no one in charge, and some wonderful people holding fund raisers to be elected to start the process again. This is our country not our leaders. It is on;ly for them to be accountable first to them selves, and subsequently to their work. How many of them are late to work every day. Except for the news where they must be on time, where is their word good. If not where would their work be good.eithr.

Politicians and government employees WANT OUR MONEY And contractually it is theirs if they do the job. However, they are all being promoted too early.

What you need is help? So ask for it…An open letter to Newt Alphabet

Filed under: More Better — WyEtte @ 12:24 am

I have coached: from afar; taught: out of the classroom, and advised: behind the scenes.  My subject: selling one’s own product.  Themselves.  You, Newt, need help doing so with those around you.  All campaign jobs should be stepping stones to ones’ future.  If they were, everyone would want to volunteer to help candidates running for election.  What is needed?

The most important trait for anyone on any staff is to be able to remember the names of those met daily.. ..from candidate, to competition, to staff and most important to voter.  How can anyone have confidence as you met others and forget their name…the worst is THAT volunteer,  he only remembers those of power in any room.  Each person is only one vote but few know what persuasion they represent..  What company they represent, what University or
public school they represent.  Second, they must  improve their interaction with individuals and crowds daily too.  And then they have to be able to listen as every buyer, the voter, has to be sold.  I have a three step program that turns volunteers into such people.  It is easily monitored and guarantees improved performance by any staff.  Sound to good to be true, the easy way always is!!!  It just takes a little time, perhaps five minutes a day.   But first, you must have a good mentor, and a lab to work on the one’s inner discipline.  Your Campaign is such a vehicle.  The above is only taught person to person.

The hard way is, however, more often used as the media and those in power always hide the easy way to success.  “For want of a nail the shoe was lost”….for want of a horse the rider was lost.  You are experiencing such a problem.  The best of breed in the campaign who has lost the ability to sell and persuade.  Pershaps you think I exaggerate.  Well, you are certainly not winning the most improved award daily and that is why Romney and all the rest of you are losing ..There is little improvement…no matter who is smartest, experienced or street smart.  Who can be your closest advisor.  If it is Calista, she is drowning you out with her Dresden Doll presence.  She definitely has good ideas and a good partner.   BUT if you are elected she gives the impression standing there that all of us will have to persuade you both if we are to have you consider an idea.  This is confusing.

Life is a lab course in personal relationships, and your life Newt shows me that you have never given up on trying to help others, by first, improving yourself… Your performance is based on making decisions and experience is the only teacher, but as Socrates said first his best teacher was TIME.  So is yours…your ideas and understanding show me that you have benefited from this laboratory we call “LIFE”.

Keep up the good work … the real reason for my note, but if you happen to need me to volunteer, to do the above … I’m ready, TODAY.

There is one added benefit … if anyone glommes onto these ideas, the resulting benefits to learning might accidentally help all education.  Think of a school where the students, collectively,  were smarter than the teachers .. .. as they should be with all the benefits they have in this the 21st Century.  Add the ability to remember as a computer, and those students and graduates will change history.
Only you see the future as noted in your, “BIG  PROJECTS”  for the Young”, speech.  Education is the biggest of all projects, but it must start with the individual … not big government.

While the space program was a government idea, the inventions and work necessary came from private enterprise.  I should know.  I helped build the Vehicle Assembly Building, and fell in a lake doing so to avoid a crane (lifting) as a beam was headed to a barge for delivery.  No matter the problems, we were working on something big and everyone in sight was motivated.  Well perhaps not everyone all the time.  We did chase a few as have you…but I digress.  The resulting improvement in technologies relating to all businesses were beyond my understanding.  Personally I thought going to the moon was ridiculous; today I am a changed critic as the scientific advances helped every business I have ever known,

If this doesn’t get to NEWT, please give it to Calista.  It is obvious, she has persuaded Newt of what’s right for women and they FIRST determine the direction of education for their children.  They also run the world but we men are here to get at least half of the heavy lifting.
In closing, I thought I’d never quote Bob Dole.  He said you were hard to work with.  It’s obvious why.  He compromises without ideas, and awaited his turn.  He had it and now criticises even those who like you.  Such is the sign of a warn out man.  You deserve better.  They say you have baggage but few have carried so much for so long.  This toughness upsets the press, our new modern royalty and I only hope you figure out a way to get your message to the people, and it ain’t through the press nor the Party, nor the media.

The Secret Ballot … What? Is democracy based on it?

Filed under: More Better — WyEtte @ 12:29 pm

Warning to February Primary Voters: It’s all about money and it will dry up if you don’t talk. Next week’s Election is ‘posed to be a “SECRET BALLOT”. How can it be if y’all let pollsters talk to you or if you vote often on the internet. THERE IS NO SECRET BALLOT IN THIS COUNTRY.

The secret ballot was designed to persuade everyone that their vote counted like all the rest. The primaries were designed to select that man or woman most liked by the national population. Results were to be delayed until the counting was over. Today with exit poles, and other schemes by the media and consultants, we have not been able to select the best. Look at whom we have picked to represent us over the years. Was that person the best or was it the best media buy.

THE REAL QUESTION: Do you choose for yourself, or do you let David Gregory, Chris Matthews, or Bill O’Reilly make your decision for you. HAVE YOU CONSIDERED: THE MONEY PAID TO ADVERTISE ON TELEVISION IS COUNTERED BY THE TALKING HEADS DAILY. THE MORE CONTROVERSY, THE MORE THE ADVERTISING MONEY. YEP, IT’S THE MONEY. MONEY BEGETS MONEY.

The politicians should not make promises either. This buying of votes starting with Lyndon Johnson who raised the benefits to social security: “I am not going to raise it 4% or 6% or 10%. I am gong to raise the social security payments by 15 percent.” Can anyone imagine how many votes this bought. The Anti Barry Bomb advertisement was the smoke screen that persuaded us all that the world was in trouble with Goldwater. When in fact it was the spending under Johnson that made us all want more money … and that money was created by the velocity of money spent on the Vietnam War. Think how much further we would be if war was no more. But it’s the MONEY. And it all starts when the media wants us to get revenge for something. Listen to Barney Frank get mad at Republicans. Are all straight people BAD. It can’t be that simple. The news casters must create controversy. BUT THE BIGGEST CULPRIT IS BIG BILLS PUT BEFORE CONGRESS.   Did 2600 Pages of health care create controversy.  You pass it you’ll love it…Pelosi.  You read it you’ll hate it … Hatch.  The Media doesn’t care they make money by creating the stories and  then selling the resulting upsetting stories.  Everyday or emotions depend on the media.  This is  life???

Nothing can be done with out money but it involves for all of us choices. A good company cuts to make choices. So must the government. We must cut to get together. This Obama can’t do unless we give him more money. The Bills of congress are designed to make money too. 2600 hundred pages is guaranteed to get money for some special group. Buddy Roemer missed with his message. It alienated too many people. He would cut off this money train and in the process throw too many out of a job. Thus, the media, not the voters, killed Buddy. It was an easy sell as the industry involved in this spending is huge. Calculate the money spent in any room to get the people there for a meeting. Watch TV Hearings from Washington, and guess how much the room is worth per hour. We the people in one way or another pay for these hearings through our purchases, and the part of that product paid in taxes runs the entire system.

Today the powers that bee. Those with the money have tried to buy you all in Florida. Let’s destroy their ability to control your vote. SHUTUP for a week until you are home and the poles are closed. The results will amaze even you, a single voter, in NEVADA and Michigan.

If this works, you, all of you in Florida, will deny to the media and all those with a vested interest in your vote, the money to pursue you. I would like to thank you in advance for your efforts as it will take money out of the game in Ohio, something we need here too.

The Laws of Legislation … there is only one. STALL…This time allows the lobyists to send more money to both “WAFFLING”sides.

Filed under: More Better — WyEtte @ 11:17 am

This legislation is a problem not.  Everyone knows what is to pass.  However, the longer “the stall” is in effect both sides of the aisle, the building, the party get to persuade all of us that they need more money to twist arms.  They don’t.  But if they are to loose in November next, they willm need a lot of mone.  All that is leftover as a result of this years votes.  This is the way of Washington, DC.

Did you hear John Lewis the other day.  He sounded like one of the Greatest Living Philanthropists, but was he pissed.  He discovered that others are reticent about being generous with others money.  He pleaded with us all to have compassion.  Giving other money away does not show compassion.  He is giving money to others he didn’t earn or create.  That’s not generous, or generosity.  And we, the receiving public can’t honestly be gracious…as we spend money we didn’t earn.  Some of these dollars are borrowed from the Chinese.

John Lewis, pleads, Al Sharpton marches, Peter King analyzes and many of us go along … but we at some point will we realize that the pleading, the marching, and the analyzing only will apply pressure to those who are happy to have such pressure as the lobbyists zero in on those who waffle, and THROW MONEY AT THEM.   The average citizen feels the pressure in his pocketbook from a government run amuck…That’s a past, present, and future tragedy.

This Christmas as you give to anything make sure it is directly to those who need it and not to those who will use it to make themselves feel generous and all of us feel beholden.  This is a job that should be eliminated.

Just think, procrastination (the wasting of time) is the rule rather than the exception for everything in Washington.  What are we to do.  Let’s get back to the gentleman statesman rather than the tire kicking politician.  These men, and women, who have slipped in over the years of public elections are wrecking our reputations: one and all.  Even GOD has a tough time now blessing America.  And there are those in Washington who want us to stop pleading for HIS help.  This was bound to come.

He will bless us if we answer no more poles, if we make our own decisions, if we take back the country from those who offer us more so long as we pay for them and  their habits.  In the process they have, are and will continue to bankrupt our country.  This is keeping the faith?  It is the basic need of a free society, and until we feel it collectively some will have faith in our leaders who don’t think we can exist without them.

How do you Spell Hogwash …. Obama, Biden, Boehner, Pelosi, Corazine, to name a few who are by their names memorable.  There are othes too, but the spotlight is on these Honorable People.

The laws of decisions: The Super Commitastrophe and the making of decisions

Filed under: Confidence, Burke's Laws, More Better — WyEtte @ 8:49 am

The new super super committee, our governments’ answer to “MOM”, is giving us proof positive and negative at the same time. It can not, or better, all these members can not make a decision. See “godaddy.com” for the best advice on decision making from Bob Parsons. We are deadlocked, however, as no one easily makes a decision as to how to spend others money. Since the old testament, Deuteronomy 14:22, a person should spend money on himself at certain times. Peole must take the brain hat off must take the brain hat off and go with their gut…never happens with a politician.

It is the law of the majority where hesitation promotes flexibility. Even the president, is lithe to decide. But he  poles intellectuals. On the contrary, Harry Truman got it right. He could pole a precinct, and thus usually got it right. Those presidents who don’t need architects after getting elected have a moral compass that keeps them right with us all.

Take away their cell phones and tele poopers and give us the real thing. Decisions based on experience. And oh by the way that’s ‘tough’ as politicians  over use the term “hard work”.  Instead, they should  get the he’ll out of the way. That would be decisional.

America and the rest of the world is waiting for decisive men and women, forged by the anvil of this latest economic comuppance, who will lead the world to the promised land. I’m excited as there are enough young Turks who will send these old fogeys out to pasture and create a new America based on true hard work with the hands and paying attention to the numbers that work produces. Then we can get back to keeping score the American way where some lose but more often we all win.

Look to our great cities and then look to those where the bad prevails. In almost every case some private sector leader has been sent packing, or his company found greener pastures to create the new wealth. That city was the loser and while some blame the curse as is the case of Cleveland, most historians know that in Cleveland’s history, our politicians threw Rockefeller out of town. In Washington DC they have thrown most private sector companies out of the district. Thus, today there is little influence of how to create jobs among the decision makers of the nation’s capital…except of course by adding government jobgs…a no no in any economics course.

The truth hurts … Even Bill Clinton, after much study, recently gave weak solutions to our problem and made the case for government.  Why?  Government is the overhead of our country, stupid, and even James of Carvelle knows that it must be reduced if we are to be competitive enough to survive.  As the greats have always said “guaranteeing the survival of any man woman or child, company or institution, guarantees simply that it won’t as ultimately no one would care.

Individual decisions lead to experience, the school of hard knocks, and as Socrates opined: Time is the best teacher. as it involves TIME.  Life is a lab course and to gain experience everyone must do the experiments of of this laboratory someone must have given us all…why was it given us, I don’t know!!!  But not doing the daily experiments of this laboratory, thus not making a mistake or two, guarantees little.  And that is what we are getting as a result today.  LITTLE.

The laws of elections: in any state tomorrow or next week your vote counts!!! It will determine how your money given to the governmens in taxes will be spent. But better, if government becomes smaller because of your vote tomorrow, the rest will be greater and you will have more decisions to make about how to spend your money. Remember your take home pay is only part of your compensation. You, voter, deserve better and that is why your vote is the most important part of a democracy…if you vote prepared. If you vote early and often you are probably over taxed and underpaid. It is hoped we all know the difference!!! Cloudier/ 2011

The desire to be included…Buddy you go for it…There is no law that says: “The powers that be need to recognize talent, FIRST!…It’s up to us..

Filed under: Confidence, Burke's Laws, Common Sense Safety, honesty — WyEtte @ 2:17 pm

Buddy has prepared himself for tomorrow.  http://www.youtube.com/BUDDYROEMER    He knows that to get us moving forward we must either go into default or cut spending.  Like a Prince of Peace, Obama wants us to do neither.  Doing nothing however, is not an option.  We must share the wealth as well as the malaise.  To do so means that everyone must give up a fair share.  So where is Buddy going to Wall Street.

There he will find all of America, especially today.  Everyone has a solution but few have made anything work.  We must cut the overhead of the country.   And that means all of us.  We are sacrificing our future for the comfort of instant communication today.  Let us get back to work so peacefully we all can perform in our efforts to get at least our own work done.

Look at our homes your cities and our country and you will see we have not maintained them while claiming we have the best Nation in the world.  Alittle maintenance here and a little pickup here and voila, we will be back on top.  Are we capable of doing the work.  We are but some think for twice the money and a job for everyone it will happen faster.  It won’t we’ll just be more in debt.

Buddy has the answer and it will hurt us all in some way, but the alternative is default or being slaves to some other country.

What do you want and if you don’t send $100.00 to Buddy for President…no more…it will be returned.  That’s an investment worth considering.

The fundamentals of education are reading, writing, and remembering. If these are taught first, ‘rithmetic is easy.

Filed under: Memory, Confidence, Burke's Laws, More Better — WyEtte @ 12:13 am

An open letter to Al Sharpton and to those who would improve the lot of others. Memorization makes robots while remembering make everyone individually smart and unique. And to ice the cake, if they remember your name, then they flatter, compliment, and probably love you too.

Why memory is as fundamental as the three “R”s. Not what I heard yesterday on “Morning Joe”…………………….
For years I have been trying to improve the memories of the poor among us. I have found their minds are better adapted as they have little access to paper, pen, and 3×5 cards, to say nothing of computers and iphones.  The ancient Greeks had the same problem, too.
Their ability to remember is satisfactory for the things important to them. They know when and where not to go and the people to avoid when danger is involved   Why?  Memory, involves for them as us all, the creating of mental pictures   As we get older we are prevented from remembering as we are told as we become our parents friend:  ”Don’t be ridiculous!!!”.

The key to remembering is the ridiculousness of the pictures. I’m sure you can remember all those experiences but you have forgotten all the normal ones. Religious leaders too have used exaggerated messages. Christ himself used such… The parables. Take the one of seed being sewn on rock, sand, and soil. All the farmers in the audience would laugh or moan as this for a farmer was wasteful, the grass was expensive and hard to get. It was a farmers most valuable investment in his future.

If you want an example, look to Bill and Hillary. They know memory as did Kennedy, Lincoln, and you too.  This gives one a power, and if you remember names, too, the power of a god.  Without remembering the name Sharpton, would you believe in your God?

Why isn’t memory taught?  Because there is no money in it!!!   It must be taught individually but if it is, all teaching is easy as the expression: “I forgot”; is quickly replaced with I remember!!!!!”. Why individually?

Because to create a ridiculous picture in the mind is different for each and every person. Imagine how many different things one could put around a pool.  The word ‘pool’ has so many meanings. I for example would see a swimming pool filled with Jersey tomatoes, and even there I doubt you would see they were wearing Bikinis.  You, AL might see a pool of money to invest in education, while Chris Matthews would see a pool table with candidates for Ms American playing eight ball and smoking cigars.

On TV today, someone mentioned Chinese creativity. Our creativity, too. has suffered. Negative thoughts stifle the results. But memorizing is difficult and of little use compared to remembering. Aristotle calls it a “slap in the face” as someone remembers. These slaps we all get everyday and the joy we get as does the recipient from our knowing their name.  How often have you seen this regarded as a miracle.

You as a leader know the feeling. I’m sure. Is there any better gift extended by you as you walk through a crowd, and you remember their names.

This is the problem for the poor at every level. Their memories are poor such that they must invest too much of their time and money to re educate themselves.

In five minutes, as taught to me by my grandfather, I can give anyone the training to want, to try to, and develop a good memory. Improving on these ideas, and by developing such an asset, anyone can double what they want most out of life…yes double…not for love nor money but from love to money, improvement is immediate and continuous.

In my few years I have explained the concept to many leaders, but no one except civic leader Fanny Lewis of Cleveland has given me the opportunity. I hope you will… I won’t waste your time and I will have met another great American whose desires are to improve the plight of those less fortunate.  I feel the same way…and based on experience “Remembering” is the most necessary and the most efficient tool for the endeavor.  It is the third “r”.

Imagine students learning faster such that schools could use the extra manpowr and time to concentrate on ART and MUSIC.  To say nothing of lab courses, oration, and experiments. And let’s not forget sports. Football play books, remembered, win games. Ask any coach. Remembering one’s place in any play before and after the snap is a PROBLEM from touch pickup to the NFL.

This replacement of spoon feeding would allow others to be come great orators; talk show hosts, too!  I only wish you had written your book first.  The presidential races, when you were involved, would have been different.

If this letter gets to you, AL Sharpton,  someone saw my tomatoes.  Need I say more, if so my contact information is below.

All the best, one of your listeners.

Trickle down economics, or the law of demand deposits…simple stated, the laws of the Federal Ponzi Schemes

Adam Smith had it right and politicians have been trying to prove him wrong ever since they invented the name.  A politician has forgotten the rule for any bank employee or anyone applying for a loan:  “The Bank ALWAYS wins”…and the biggest bank is now the FED.

DNC Ron Brown got Clinton elected, by telling everyone: “trickle down economics doesn’t work.”  So he got elected on a platform of big government…that was “Bill Clinton”; but the Arkansas Duo understood economics 101 and 102, halfway through his presidency…he discovered he was wrong, such that he and Hillary could make money and setting the example realized the country needed more from the private sector and less help from government.  Today they are backed by, supported by, and secured by our Federal Government…and in private enterprize and philanthropy.  But have they used the public system to get too much from the private system. They have taken too much from the trough as have many others…but they are the poster children…this is wrong.  Ponzi scheemes fail when somebody takes too much or everyone in the room is invested in the same Ponzi Boutique. They all need a sex, face, or brain change for FREE, and all at the same time. The Russians found out it doesn’t work as the takers outnumber the worker bees.

Now we are seeing a president go the other way.  Does he think that by giving the money to the doers, it helps the poor.  HE IS TALKING TO THE DOERS, who buy things, but who is talking to those poor who don’t have a job.  They need something now and so with the new free government money…who needs to work to get the things this group WANTS.  A job with out work they have NOW…and that is all Obama promises.  They must fill in a form, see a few people and have a place for the checks to be redeemed in cash…that’s all.  Was he talking to these people who hate these handout jobs.  I am assured they do not.  They want work to do not a job to go to…only then will they have dignity.

I only hope that soon we stop talking to the doers and start persuading those that happiness starts with the action of accomplishment.  It is because we had no work for them that we discovered that even the work we have is better and cheaper with overseas labor.  We have not been mentally or physically challenged.  We have let down at every level or stage of life…especially with “Obama Care”.  This trading of our vote for someone to watch over us is fraught with danger.

THE SOLUTION … we must learn THAT HUNGER that others in the world have.  THAT HUNGER will not make us the best or most praised or even a trophy the trophy winner.

THAT HUNGER however will make us all eligible for the “most improved” every day that we that we work.  Why would an employer not want someone who as their energies decreased due to age and thus experienced, earns and becomes the brains behind the outfit.  WE are losing experience not to death but to retirement, and those who have left us are leaving us to do more, sleep less, and worry often about our futures. They have the life of Reilly, but it can’t last. The writing on the wall says it all.
Our government is a Ponzi Scheme whose life as a benevolent is limited if too many need it’s help. Those in government are beginning to look scared…they make or get a percentage of the gross. This trickle down looked harmless until everyone wanted a taste and soon it will taste like @#$% as the producers of wealth can’t keep up. Nor will our government have enough care when it’s all basically free.

Ponzi eh … No wonder Bernie tried it.   Everyone in the room buys the free stuff… want it or not.  Ask Ringer who wrote winning through intimidation:  “Everyone wants your chips and at any moment REACHES OUT AND TAKES THEM.

It’s looks as though those who support the idea will soon hurt many…could it be that’s next for us all.  Consider getting an MBA in Ponzi.  Even Tree Treemont, a friend of BIG BEAR JACK could have used one of those.  But PONZI graduation is achieved by having a gassed and ready 737 under your control within a mile of your present presence.  You’ll need to leave fast.   http://www.boeing.com/commercial/dc-9/index.html
